Job Description
Double Oak Erosion is seeking a dependable and motivated Skid Steer Operator / General Laborer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable operating heavy equipment and is also willing to assist with general labor tasks on erosion control and construction sites. We are looking for someone who takes pride in working safely, efficiently, and as part of a team. Responsibilities Safely operate skid steers and other construction equipment. Assist with installation and maintenance of erosion and sediment control measures. Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment. Perform general site cleanup and labor as needed. Assist crew members with grading, trenching, and material placement. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines. Work outdoors in various weather conditions. Qualifications Experience operating a skid steer is required. Experience in construction, erosion control, landscaping, or site development is preferred. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability. Ability to work well independently and with a crew. Willingness to perform both equipment operation and manual labor throughout the workday. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
