L5 Excavation, LLC Multiple Texas Locations | Full-Time | On-Site Temple Saginaw Hubbard Afton Abilene Fairfield
POSITION SUMMARY L5
Excavation, LLC is hiring skilled equipment operators to work on excavation and underground utility crews across our Texas project locations. Operators handle trenching, grading, digging, and material moving on active jobsites, working closely with pipe crews, laborers, and superintendents to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
EQUIPMENT OPERATED
Excavators, including long-reach and compact models Bulldozers and track dozers Motor graders Compactors and rollers Backhoes and skid steers Off-road trucks and material movers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on active jobsites Perform trenching, excavation, grading, backfill, and compaction Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance logs Work closely with pipe crews, laborers, and superintendents Follow site safety plans and OSHA standards
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2-3 years of verifiable heavy equipment experience Experience on underground utility or excavation projects preferred Ability to read grade stakes and understand basic grading tolerances Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred
