We are committed to providing safe, sustainable, and reliable services to our clients while maintaining a strong focus on employee well-being and safety. We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Loader Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy-duty haul trucks to transport materials such as rock, gravel, sand, or other aggregate materials within construction or mining sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate front-end loaders or other heavy equipment to load and move materials. Inspect and maintain equipment before and after use to ensure operational safety. Follow site plans and job specifications to move materials to designated areas. Work collaboratively with site managers, drivers, and other team members to meet project goals. Adhere to company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Perform daily equipment checks including oil, fuel, hydraulics, and tire pressure. Communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors and team members. Keep work areas clean and free of hazards. Document equipment usage and maintenance logs.
Requirements:
Valid Class C driver's license Experience operating haul trucks or other heavy equipment preferred Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work long shifts if necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction, mining, or quarry environments Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety checks First Aid/CPR certification (preferred) Knowledge of sand mining operations (preferred)
