Taylor Concrete Plant 20101 U.S. 79,Thrall, TX 76578 & 201 FM 3349 Taylor, Tx 76574 Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) Operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights, safely and efficiently. Follow all company policies andOSHA/MSHA
regulations for safe working procedures and environment. Report any problems to the Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager. Follow direction of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or jobsite. Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to the supervisor. Perform daily pre-and-post inspections withappropriate documentation in compliance withcompany policies. Assist in training less-experienced employees onthe proper operations, servicing, and repair ofequipment to further their abilities. Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required. Other duties as may be assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to produce concrete products to required specifications. Education/Experience- Education/Experience High School diploma or general education degree(GED) preferred.
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous related experience as a Loader Plant Operator; knowledge of mix designs, components desirable.
- Basic knowledge of skid steer and/or "Bob Cat" equipment operation.
