Position Summary Zachry Construction is seeking an experienced Loader Operator tosafely and efficiently operate a loaderfor plant and general dirt work operations. The Loader Operator willbe responsible formoving and loading subgrade and roadway materials, supporting production operations, and ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently according to company standards. WhatYoullDo Operatea loader to move, load, and distribute various subgrade and roadway materials.

Support plant operations and general dirt work as assigned.

Follow all required company and project safety rules, policies, and procedures.

Conduct pre-shift inspections and report maintenance needs or equipment issues.

Maintainequipment cleanliness and ensure proper functionality.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members to coordinate material flow.

Perform tasks requiring extended periods of sitting, walking, or standing.

Performadditionalduties asassigned by the supervisor. This job summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this position. Proficient in loader operation for material handling, subgrade work, and site preparation.

Physical ability to perform assigned tasks, including walking on uneven terrain and climbing equipment ladders.

Knowledge of general construction and equipment operation safety procedures.

Experience with other heavy equipment such as excavators, backhoes, or dozers preferred.

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors to improve operational skills.
