Job Description

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable yard employee to help operate and maintain our concrete mixing yard. We mix concrete on-site and load tow-behind carts and small truck units for customer rentals. No prior concrete experience required — we will train the right person.
Responsibilities:
Mix concrete using on-site equipment Load customer carts and trucks safely and efficiently Assist customers with hooking up and towing equipment Operate yard equipment (including backhoe, if experienced) Keep yard clean, organized, and safe Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to back up a trailer (this is important) Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors Basic mechanical aptitude English required; bilingual is a plus Must be okay with fixed schedule Tuesday- Saturday (Sunday & Monday Off) Preferred (Not Required): Experience operating a backhoe or heavy equipment Construction or concrete experience
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
