Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Front End Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly in construction settings. This role involves the operation of various machinery to assist in paving, installation, and other construction-related tasks. The Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as front end loader and paving machines on construction sites. Assist in the installation and removal of materials and structures as directed by project supervisors. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on-site. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Skills Proficient in heavy Front End Loader operation with experience in construction sites. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively. Experience with front end loader techniques is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors. Strong attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship in all tasks performed.
