Job Description
Quikrete, the leading producer of packaged concrete and related products, is looking for a Dryer (Heavy Equipment) Operator at our location in Chesapeake, VA . The Dryer Operator is a critical, skilled position that requires a basic understanding of mechanical systems, forklift and front-end loader experience, attention to detail and strong desire to deliver quality products. 1st shift
- 4 AM
- 12:30 PM Split shift
- 9 AM
- 5:30 PM 2nd shift
- 4 PM

Role Responsibilities:
Schedule the drying of various raw materials to ensure that inventory levels meet plant production needs Operation of the dryer and related equipment Monitor all controls and safety devices on the dryer and burner Unload of raw materials with use of front-end loader Follow all housekeeping and safety protocolsAbout You We Require:
High School Diploma or GED.
