Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Heavy Equipment Operator and become a vital part of building infrastructure that makes a difference! In this energetic role, you will operate a variety of heavy machinery to support large-scale construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision at every stage. Your mechanical expertise and hands-on experience will directly contribute to the successful completion of diverse construction initiatives. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, motorgraders, excavators, and other machinery to perform excavation, grading, lifting, and material handling tasks. Manage various trucks including front loader trucks, dump trucks, water trucks to transport materials and support site operations. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with construction teams to execute site plans efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and project timelines. Follow all safety procedures rigorously to prevent accidents and promote a secure work environment for everyone on site. Requirements Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as dozers, loaders, motorgraders, excavators, and related machinery. Finish grade experience is required on Dozers and Motorgrader. (Experience will be verified) Familiarity with TopCon GPS. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and routine maintenance. Valid commercial driver's license. Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with excavation, grading, material handling, and site preparation activities. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards.
