We're seeking a skilled Team Supervisor who can lead a crew of laborers while maintaining hands-on expertise in heavy equipment operation. This is a critical leadership role that combines technical proficiency with team management, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise & Lead- Oversee daily operations of equipment operators and laborers; provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback. Equipment Operation
- Operate and maintain proficiency with backhoes, graders, excavators, dozers, and other heavy equipment as needed. Project Execution
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, budget expectations, and quality specifications. Communication
- Timely relay project updates, concerns, and resource needs. Quality Control
- Inspect work in progress and complete tasks to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
Pay:
$25.00- $30.
