Job Description

Richard L. Crowder Construction, one of the largest site contractors in the Greater Richmond area since 1973, is currently seeking experienced heavy equipment operators. RLC is currently looking for motor grader, dozer, excavator, and loader operators. Also looking for experienced excavator operators with experience digging for utilites (water, sanitary, storm).
Job Qualifications:
Ability, knowledge and experience operating heavy equipment Must have reliable transportation to and from LOCAL jobsites (driver's license is not required) Understanding, following and enforcing safety procedures
