We are looking for an individual with proven experience operating excavators, wheel loaders, and grapple equipment in a safe and productive manner. Responsibilities Operate excavators, wheel loaders, and grapple equipment daily. Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials. Sort, move, and process mulch, wood waste, and other landscape materials. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Assist with other yard and production duties as needed. Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years heavy equipment operating experience. Experience operating excavators, loaders, and grapples required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to safety and production goals. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in mulch manufacturing, recycling, land clearing, or forestry operations. Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify equipment issues. CDL is a plus but not required.
