Job Description

Heavy Equipment Operator JLC Excavating is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. We perform residential and commercial excavation, site development, utility installation, grading, and related earthwork throughout the Shenandoah Valley and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, dozers, and other heavy equipment Perform excavation, grading, site preparation, and utility installation Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized jobsite Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications:
Previous heavy equipment operating experience required Experience with site work, grading, and utility installation preferred Valid driver's license required Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Pay:
Competitive pay based on experience
Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
