Furr Reliable, year-round workload—no seasonal slowdowns Access to well-maintained, modern excavation equipment and tools Clear career paths into senior operator, specialty excavation, or leadership roles Long-term stability with a company that's been growing for over 40 years What You'll Be Doing Safely operate heavy equipment, especially excavators, to perform residential excavation work Excavate for sewer line repairs, replacements, water service lines, and drainage systems Work closely with drain and plumbing technicians to expose, repair, or replace underground systems Perform trenching, backfilling, grading, and site restoration to company standards What We're Looking For Proven experience operating excavators and/or other heavy equipment in residential work Experience with trenching, digging around utilities, and working in tight residential spaces preferred Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Comfortable using mobile devices or tablets for job updates and documentation Valid driver's license (must be at least 21 per company policy) Why Work at F.H.
