In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment to efficiently load, and move materials across job sites. Your expertise will help ensure smooth production and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of construction equipment while contributing to large-scale infrastructure projects. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for heavy machinery operation, we want to hear from you! Duties Operate loaders, dozers, excavators, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently inside of a pit Assist with site preparation by moving earth, gravel, and other materials as needed Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as loaders, dozers, excavators, and water trucks Mining site experience is highly preferred Ability to read technical manuals and understand safety instructions clearly Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment Join us in building the future!
