Job Description
Up to $28 per hour for experienced heavy equipment operators , plus weekly pay. Steady Monday to Friday morning work in the Winchester, VA area, home every night, ongoing project work. Skillforce wants operators with real seat time on excavators, dozers, loaders, or backhoes who run a clean job. Pay and Schedule Up to $28 per hour, W-2, based on experience Weekly pay every Friday by direct deposit Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts Early morning start Ongoing project work, home every night Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment on active job sites Run excavators, dozers, loaders, or backhoes Grade, excavate, and prep sites for the build Inspect equipment and report issues daily Keep a clean, safe, organized work zone Qualifications Prior heavy equipment operating experience Comfortable operating equipment solo and safe Valid driver license and reliable transport Must pass a drug screen and background check Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Benefits Weekly pay every Friday by direct deposit Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and paid holidays each year 401(k) retirement plan Employee referral bonus program
