Heavy Equipment Operator

We are hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a massive commercial site development in Woodford, VA — right off I-95 at Exit 118, with easy access from Richmond, Fredericksburg, and the surrounding region. This is large-scale, high-volume dirt-moving work on one of the biggest commercial projects in the area. We need operators who know how to run heavy iron — bulldozers, large loaders, big boy equipment. Responsibilities:

Operate bulldozers and heavy wheel loaders for mass grading and earthmoving Perform site clearing, rough grading, and large-scale cut/fill operations Move and stockpile large volumes of material per grade stakes and project plans Coordinate with site supervisors and ground crews for safe, efficient operations Perform daily pre-operation inspections and basic equipment maintenance Follow all site safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times

Qualifications:

Authorized to work in the United States Must pass a pre-employment drug screen — no exceptions Minimum 2+ years operating bulldozers and/or heavy wheel loaders on commercial sites Large-scale earthmoving and mass grading experience strongly preferred Equipment certifications a plus — list what you have when you apply Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
