Motley-Motley, a family-owned and operated heavy construction company with over 40 years of industry expertise, is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our field operations team. This hands-on role is critical to safely and efficiently moving earth, materials, and equipment to keep our projects on schedule and on budget. What You'll Do:

Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to move earth, rock, and other materials. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on assigned machines. Follow plans, grades, and specifications for construction projects. Communicate effectively with site supervisors, crew members, and other operators. Uphold all company and jobsite safety standards at all times. Assist with other site duties as needed to keep operations moving forward.
