Compensation:
$35 to $54.00 per hourDOE Location:

Do you enjoy traveling to project sites and operating heavy equipment on environmental remediation and civil construction projects? Operate excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, compactors, articulated dump trucks, and front-end loaders Safely perform earth-moving activities on environmental remediation sites Read grading plans and cut-and-fill stakes Operate equipment with CAT or John Deere controls Perform minor maintenance and basic equipment repairs Monitor load weights and equipment limitations to ensure safe operation Adapt to changing site conditions while maintaining attention to detail and safety Work closely with field crews to complete projects safely and efficientlyWeigh Your Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a heavy equipment operator 4+ years of experience on civil construction projects Demonstrated experience operating excavators, dozers, backhoes, compactors, articulated dump trucks, and front-end loaders Ability to read grading plans and cut-and-fill stakes Current 40-Hour HAZWOPER and 8-HourHAZWOPER
Refresher required Training and certification to operate assigned equipment High School Diploma or GED Ability to travel to local project sites Team-oriented with strong safety awareness Ability to adapt to changing field conditions What You Need toDo Now:
