Heavy Equipment Operator

Who We're Looking For:

We want real operators — not forklift drivers, not warehouse equipment experience.

You must have experience operating:

Excavators (production digging, trenching, grade control) Dozers Graders If you have only operated forklifts, this is not the role. What We Expect Zero-excuse mindset Ability to hit grade and work to spec Extreme ownership of equipment and site cleanliness Ability to work in weather, long days, and active job sites You should understand: Site prep Trenching Utilities Grading Material handling Pre-trip inspections Basic maintenance What You'll Do Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently Perform daily equipment inspections Maintain clean, professional job sites Communicate with crew and supervisors Log equipment hours and maintenance Follow OSHA and all safety regulations

Pay:

$55.00 - $75.00 per hour
