Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Heavy Equipment Operator to join our dynamic construction team. This role involves traveling to various job sites across different locations, with all travel and hotel accommodations paid for by the company. This position offers an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working outdoors on diverse projects. Responsibilities Operate excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment Perform grading, trenching, and site prep Follow project plans and Foreman direction Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation Requirements Experience operating heavy equipment in construction Understanding of excavation/site work Ability to work as part of a team Willing to travel for 1-2 month projects Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team This is a required traveling position, work locations include but are not limited to Mount Vernon, Everett, Kent, Tacoma, Portland, Beaverton, Vancouver (WA), Medford, and future out-of-state projects (NV, AZ, CA)
