Job Description

We seek experienced, skilled Project Supervisors/Superintendents in a variety of construction divisions to provide leadership in the following areas: . (currently seeking (or Vancouver/Portland and Seattle area) o Preferred minimum 5 years' experience in various aspects of demolition o Minimum 2 years personnel and project supervision experience preferred. If you enjoy leading people and managing construction projects, you are encouraged to apply. Competitive compensation package including benefits provided.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising projects in one of the divisions listed above; these may include demolition, civil and/or environmental/tanks Meeting or exceeding requirements and company expectations in the areas of safety, quality, customer service, and teamwork Completing projects on time and within budget Maintaining accurate company records for each project Providing leadership to direct reports Handling multiple priorities in a calm, organized and professional manner Developing and cultivating positive working relationships with internal and external customers, staff, subcontractors and vendors
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High school diploma, or equivalent, with applicable work experience Maintaining a safe work environment and leading the culture of safety first is a must Clean driving records Leadership and industry experience as listed above for each division Industry-related education, training and certifications a plus.
To include:
CDL, HAZWOPER, CESCL, TCS
Knowledge of demolition, terms, techniques and procedures Demonstrated competency maintaining and safely operating a variety of heavy equipment in a productive manner Responsible with integrity, reliability and a strong work ethic; contributes to team culture Positive interpersonal and verbal communication skills Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively; demonstrated accuracy and follow through Familiarity with I proficiency in: Microsoft Office programs (for example: Excel, Word, and Outlook) and construction software a plus. Effectively handles interruptions and competing priorities; adapts accordingly based on organizational needs Demonstrates initiative and creative problem-solving skills; thinks outside of the box Focuses efforts to help achieve company goals and objectives For consideration, please forward the following to applicants@3kingsinc.com
