Job Description

RDR Utility Services Group, LLC is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operators to round out the Erosion Repair Division. Heavy Equipment Operators will primarily utilize dozers and excavators to repair slips, build well pads, land clearing, and supporting environmental compliance projects in the North-Central and Northern WV area. Operator will report to foreman. Job Summary Experience operating on steep slopes and uneven terrain Perform daily pre-operation inspections and complete equipment checklist logbooks Maintain cleanliness of equipment and perform routine field maintenance as needed Follow all RDR safety policies and requirements. Communicate and coordinate effectively with crew members and supervisors. Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to identify mechanical issues. Strong situational awareness and ability to work safely around crews and equipment. Familiar with oil and gas regulations as it pertains to roads, drainage, and erosion control devices. May perform labor duties as needed. Winching experience is preferred. Final dress work with excavator preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience operating a dozer and excavator. Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Physical endurance to stand for long periods of time as well as walk, squat, crouch. Able to work up to and at times greater than 12-hour days.
