Construction Painter

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces on residential, interior and exterior and small commercial jobs. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet safety standards and client expectations. Transportation, current ADL and insurance is required. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools Execute renovation projects by removing old paint or wallpaper and restoring surfaces to their original condition or desired finish Maintain safety standards on construction sites by handling tools properly and adhering to protocols for working with industrial painting materials Skills Expertise in residential and commercial painting techniques including surface preparation and finishing touches Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., scrapers, putty knives), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders), and specialized equipment like airless sprayers Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork in fast-paced environments Join us if you're passionate about transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship!
