We are Painting Pals, a residential painting company in Homer built on reputation and repeat business. We do not chase volume. We chase quality. Every job we take on, we intend to deliver a 5-star experience—and we're looking for a painter who holds that same standard.

WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS

You'll work as part of a professional crew on residential (and occasional commercial) painting projects. You'll be expected to show up on time, work efficiently, protect the customer's home, and deliver a finish the client feels good paying for.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prep surfaces properly: scrape, patch, sand, caulk, mask, and clean Paint interiors/exteriors using brush, roller, and (when needed) spray equipment Maintain a clean job site and protect surfaces (floors, furniture, landscaping, fixtures) Complete daily hours submissions and end-of-day walk-throughs Follow on-site safety procedures and use ladders/tools responsibly Communicate clearly with the Crew Leader/Owner when issues come up (rot, stains, scope changes, delays)

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

Base pay: $27-$35/hr, based on experience and reliability Budget bonus: When your crew's job comes in under the estimated hours without cutting corners, you earn a share of the savings (paid only on jobs that close paid-in-full and pass closeout) 5-star review bonus: $50 for every verified 5-star Google review from a job you worked on Jobsite lead bonus: $25 for every qualified lead generated from a job site + $100 if the lead books an estimate

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of painting experience (2+ preferred) Reliable transportation (must be able to get to job sites in/around Homer) Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders Professional attitude with customers (clean language, clean work, clean presence)
