Job Description
We are a growing, reputable painting company dedicated to delivering high-quality interior and exterior painting services for homes and businesses in the South Peninsula area. Our team takes pride in transforming spaces with precision, attention to detail, and professional finishes that last. If you're a skilled painter who values clean job sites, reliable work, and being part of a supportive crew, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, filling holes/cracks, cleaning, and priming Apply paint, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, tape, and masking Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times Work collaboratively with crew leads and other team members What we're looking for: Proven experience as a painter (residential or commercial preferred - 1+ years) Strong knowledge of surface preparation, paint types, and application techniques Ability to work at heights (ladders, scaffolding) and handle physical demands (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Attention to detail and pride in producing clean, professional results Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions when needed Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good communication skills Nice to have: Experience with spray painting, color matching, or working on new construction/remodels.
