Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint using various methods including brushes, rollers, hand tools, power tools, airless spray systems Perform tasks such as pressure washing and surface cleaning Execute work performed in a timely manner Maintain safety protocols on construction sites by using appropriate personal protective equipment and following OSHA guidelines Skill Skilled in using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, caulking guns, drills, and power tools for various painting and pressure washing equipment to Knowledge of techniques including airless paint spraying and pressure washing/ surface cleaning Handyman experience with maintenance tasks helps versatility on the job site.
