In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly through cleaning, sanding, plastering, drywall installation, caulking, and surface priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine appropriate painting methods and materials for each project Apply paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless and conventional spray equipment), and other hand or power tools with precision and efficiency Perform structural painting tasks on various surfaces such as stucco, concrete, metal, wood framing, and fixtures in both interior and exterior environments Conduct surface preparation activities including sanding, scraping, patching holes or cracks, and applying coatings to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal Follow safety regulations by wearing respiratory protection and adhering to safety protocols during all phases of painting work Collaborate with team members on renovation projects, remodeling jobs, maintenance tasks, and fixture installations to deliver comprehensive solutions Requirements Proven experience in construction or industrial painting with a solid understanding of surface preparation techniques and coating application methods Knowledge of color theory to achieve desired visual effects and accurate color matching through visual comparison techniques Ability to operate a variety of hand tools (brushes, scrapers), power tools (drills, sanders), and spray equipment (paint sprayers) including airless systems and conventional spray guns Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and project plans for precise execution Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety regulations related to construction painting environments Skills in drywall installation, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, concrete finishing, fixture installation, framing carpentry, handyman tasks, renovation work, maintenance projects and basic math skills for measurements and calculations Ability to use ladders safely for elevated work while maintaining balance and stability during painting tasks Strong attention to detail combined with excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently Join our team if you're eager to bring vibrant spaces to life through expert painting techniques!
