Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Painter to join our team. This position focuses primarily on painting apartment units and completing drywall repairs as part of apartment turnovers. Our team works in a fast-paced environment, and experienced employees are expected to be able to complete up to 2 apartment units per day , depending on the size and condition of the units. Responsibilities Paint interior walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other surfaces Perform drywall repairs, including patching holes, cracks, and damaged areas Sand, prep, and prime surfaces before painting Prepare units for painting by protecting floors, fixtures, and other surfaces Maintain clean and organized work areas Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Follow apartment turnover schedules and deadlines Perform minor preparation and touch-up work as needed Properly use and maintain painting and drywall tools and equipment Work professionally inside occupied and unoccupied apartment communities Qualifications Previous painting experience required Drywall repair experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed Experience working in apartment turns, construction, maintenance, or property services is a plus What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works efficiently, and can consistently deliver quality results.
