We are looking for someone who already understands the fundamentals of residential painting but is also willing to continue learning and adapting to our systems and standards. We value professionalism, clean work, communication, prep quality, and attention to detail.

This position includes:

Interior painting Exterior painting Cabinet painting Prep work and masking Spray applications Minor wood repairs Stucco crack repairs

Requirements :

Residential painting experience Must understand basic prep and painting processes English speaking U.S. citizen Reliable transportation/work truck or van capable of hauling ladders Own basic painting tools and equipment Professional attitude Coachable and willing to grow

Preferred Equipment:

Paint sprayer 6ft ladders Masking gun Caulking gun Drop cloths Drill, saw, hammer, etc. At Hatch Painting, we move fast — but not sloppy.
