• 2 years of experience or more preferred

• Our shop is located off I-17 and Dunlap.

Work will be all over town so reliable transportation will be important. If you live an hour or more from our shop then need not apply. Skills we will be looking for in applicants will include but are not limited to: -This job is physically demanding. Must have the ability to stand, bend, lift, and kneel for long periods of time. Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs regularly throughout the day. Must be comfortable with heights using various equipment such as lifts and ladders of various sizes.

-Masking various surfaces:

Stone, stucco, wood, metal, and plastic using various plastic films or masking paper.

-Surface preparation:

This could include sanding, chemical baths, sand blasting, etc . The ability to prepare the surface that is about to be coated. In most cases this will be sanding then dusting off before application. -Cutting in areas with a brush and 4 inch roller. Clean lines are essential, stippling your brush strokes with a 4 inch roller to ensure the coating looks uniform after being rolled out completely. -Using a 9-18 inch roller to roll out various surfaces. Smooth even coatings with no roller lines. -Using a pump sprayer. The ability to set up, run and refill, then tear down and clean thoroughly at the end of use. The ability to apply even coatings on various surfaces with a spray wand is mandatory for our sprayers.
