Crash of Rhinos Painting is hiring two experienced residential exterior painters for full-time, year-round work throughout the Phoenix metro area. This is not a crew leader position, and it is not an entry-level helper position. We are looking for strong number-two painters who can work alongside a crew leader, follow direction, maintain production, and complete professional-quality work without constant supervision.

RECENT FULL-TIME EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
We are looking for painters who are currently working—or have recently worked—full time in professional residential exterior painting. Occasional weekend jobs, side work, helping friends, or painting a few hours each month does not count as current full-time painting experience. Painting full time requires production speed, physical endurance, proper technique, and the ability to perform quality work every day. Applicants should be comfortable working a full 40-hour week and performing professional prep, masking, spraying, brushing, and rolling without needing to relearn the trade.
