Arizona Painters recruits, trains, and develops painters for professional exterior painting operations in the Cave Creek / North Phoenix area. You'll work on structured job sites running a 10-phase production system. That means you won't be guessing what to do — you'll be trained step by step, from site prep and power washing through masking, priming, spraying, and final detail work.

Starting pay:

$18•20/hour. As you develop, your earning potential grows to $1,000•1,200/week as a Team Leader — with room to move into Project Management beyond that.
