• Prep, spray, roll, and cut on residential and commercial jobs across the Tucson area
• Mask, sand, caulk, and patch
• everyone preps at Boyd's, no exceptions
• Protect customer homes and property like it's your own
• Keep a clean jobsite and do a daily end-of-day cleanup
• Document your work with photos as required
• Work as part of a crew
• teamwork isn't optional here What we're looking for
• Real painting experience (residential, commercial, or both)
• Reliable transportation to Tucson-area jobsites
• Authorized to work in the US
• Able to do physical labor all day
• ladders, lifting, on your feet
• Full-time availability Monday-Friday, plus occasional Saturdays
• Good attitude and a willingness to take feedback and coaching
• Takes pride in the work they do
• non-negotiable
• No smoking or vaping on customer property; clean, professional appearance Pay & terms
• Starting pay: $17
• 20/hour, based on experience
• After probation: $20
• 25/hour
• prove yourself in the first 30 days and your pay goes up
• 30-day probationary period for every new hire
• Attendance is everything.
