In this role, you will be responsible for restoring and enhancing surfaces across residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality finishes and durable results. Your expertise will help transform spaces through precise resurfacing techniques, contributing to the overall aesthetic and structural integrity of renovation projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a wide range of skills in painting and resurfacing Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing to ensure optimal adhesion for resurfacing materials. Apply various coatings such as paint and specialized resurfacing compounds using hand tools and power tools like airless paint sprayers. Perform bondo repairs, caulking, and etching work to repair or improve surfaces before resurfacing. Use skills to assess project scope, materials needed, and timeframes for each job. Operate painting equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Conduct quality inspections throughout the process to ensure finishes meet industry standards and client expectations. Maintain a clean workspace by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly after each project. Skills Strong knowledge of residential and commercial painting techniques, including industrial painting and airless spray systems. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, safely.
