Paint Prepper / Mid Tech

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Paint Prepper to join our team. As a Paint Prepper, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for the painting process by performing various tasks such as sanding, masking, and priming. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in auto painting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles for the painting process by performing tasks such as sanding, masking, and priming
• Remove any imperfections on the vehicle's surface to ensure a smooth finish
• Mix paint colors to match the vehicle's original color
• Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of paint booths and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in auto painting or related field is preferred
• Mechanical knowledge and ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
