In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces in mainly residential settings. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure quality craftsmanship across diverse projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects that require precision, creativity, and a keen eye for detail. Whether working on new construction sites or restoring existing structures, you'll play a vital role in bringing visions to life through expert painting techniques. Please call the number listed below for any questions in regards to the position: (949) 773-6439 Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools Perform residential and commercial painting tasks with attention to detail and safety standards Execute renovation projects involving drywall repair, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, and restoration efforts Use construction estimating skills to assess project scope, materials needed, and timeframes for efficient project planning Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste properly while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites Qualifications Proven experience in construction painting across residential or commercial settings with a strong understanding of construction site procedures Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and equipment such as airless sprayers and welding tools Skills in plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry finishing, concrete finishing, and fixture installation are highly desirable Ability to work effectively on renovation projects involving remodeling or restoration work Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining safety standards on busy construction sites Join our team if you're passionate about transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship!
