Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure proper paint adhesion. Apply primers, paints, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Follow project instructions and safety rules to complete painting tasks efficiently. Keep tools and equipment in good condition. Must work well with others. Skills Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and painting methods. Attention to detail and good craftsmanship. Physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in tight spaces. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a MUST.
