Commercial Painter - Spray Application Specialist SPC Building Services is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Painters - Spray Application Specialists to join our commercial restoration and coatings team. This role is responsible for applying high-quality paint and coating systems on commercial projects while maintaining SPC's standards for safety, craftsmanship, and professionalism. These painting positions require a full background check for clearance on SPC job sites. Responsibilities Operate airless and conventional spray equipment to apply paints, primers, elastomerics, and specialty coatings. Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, patching, pressure washing, and priming. Use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and painting equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites following OSHA and SPC safety standards. Perform touch-ups, inspections, and detailed finish work to ensure quality results. Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and crews to meet project schedules. Qualifications Experience in commercial, industrial, or restoration painting preferred. Knowledge of spray application systems, surface preparation, and coating materials. Ability to work on active construction jobsites and operate painting equipment safely. Experience with waterproofing, epoxy, or specialty coatings is a plus. Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork required.
