Qualifications (Requirements): 5+ years drywall/painting experience required Detail oriented - extreme attention to detail when painting and cleaning work area Lifting requirements up to 40-50 lbs. Must have own transportation to jobsites Experience with drywall repair / stucco repair / match textures Skilled in brush and roll / spray application / light construction a plus

A "safety-first" mindset Fluent in English Dedication to customer service Valid driver's license with a clean record Authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces thoroughly through sanding, plastering, caulking, and masonry work to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paints, stains, primers, and specialty coatings using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and other equipment efficiently and safely Hang and finish drywall Repair damaged drywall, including patching and taping Comply with safety/environmental regulations Maintain clean and safe work areas Clean up and dispose of all debris after work is complete Assist Mitigation team when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service - be a great representative of our brand! •Physical demands : While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to lift heavy materials and work on ladders.
