- Manage painting projects from start to finish, including surface preparation, priming, painting, and finishing touches
- Supervise a team of painters, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Utilize knowledge of various painting techniques and tools to achieve desired outcomes
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to understand project requirements and deliver satisfactory results
- Inspect work progress to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper storage of tools and materials Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years professional painting experience. Minimum of 2 years in the position of Foreman
- Proven experience in painting, including expertise in fixture installation, stucco application, concrete finishing, blueprint reading, renovation projects, trim carpentry, restoration work, plastering, and general maintenance
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality finishes
- Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team of painters
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety practices related to painting activities
- Maintenance Person skills are a plus
