Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating painting tasks and guiding a team of painters to achieve exceptional results. Starting pay range is $26-28 per hour with opportunity to increase earnings based on performance. Duties
  • Manage painting projects from start to finish, including surface preparation, priming, painting, and finishing touches
  • Supervise a team of painters, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed
  • Utilize knowledge of various painting techniques and tools to achieve desired outcomes
  • Collaborate with contractors and clients to understand project requirements and deliver satisfactory results
  • Inspect work progress to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper storage of tools and materials Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years professional painting experience. Minimum of 2 years in the position of Foreman
  • Proven experience in painting, including expertise in fixture installation, stucco application, concrete finishing, blueprint reading, renovation projects, trim carpentry, restoration work, plastering, and general maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality finishes
  • Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team of painters
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of safety practices related to painting activities
  • Maintenance Person skills are a plus
