Job Description
Arrow Maintenance Corporation is a San Diego-based company specializing in maintenance services for Property Managers. We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled On-Call Painter to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a Part Time Painter, you will travel to assigned properties to complete a variety of work orders. Responsibilities include performing unit turnovers and maintaining the overall appearance of our properties and communities to a high standard.Requirements:
- 2+ years of painting experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel between properties required)
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience with unit turnovers
- Spanish speaking is a plus Position Details
- Part Time
- $35.00 an hour
- Overtime opportunities available

Mother's Room Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming Apply paint, stain, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and surrounding areas before painting Mix and match paint colors to meet project specifications Repair minor drywall imperfections before painting Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment Follow established cleaning procedures and company standards Communicate clearly and professionally with property managers, tenants, and clients Accurately document completed work using property management software Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with safety and quality guidelines Travel between properties as required Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times
