The ideal candidate has strong spray-finishing skills and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality finishes. Responsibilities Prepare wood and veneer surfaces through sanding, filling, and cleaning. Spray paint and stain using conversion varnish and waterborne finishing systems. Match color, sheen, and texture to approved samples. Apply smooth, consistent finishes to doors, panels, and casework. Maintain spray equipment, guns, booth, and finishing area. Work with the production team to meet project deadlines. Qualifications 5+ years of professional cabinet, millwork, or fine wood finishing experience. Proven spray-finishing experience with conversion varnish and waterborne systems. Experience with both paint and stain finishes. Strong color and sheen-matching skills. Detail-oriented, dependable, and a clear communicator.
