JOB SUMMARY

This is a Nights and Weekends 3-5 week Temporary Position with potential of joining us on future projects. The right candidates will have the opportunity for management and assistant management positions. Quality painter needed for a commercial job in October Brush,Roll, Spray Responsible for quality painting of exterior and/or interior areas of the customers property. Leading candidates will have level 5 experience

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Prepares area(s) to be painted by cleaning, or if necessary, scraping, sanding, patching and masking of adjacent surfaces prior to painting, papering, texturing, etc. Familiarizes him/herself with storage and disposal laws, regulations, codes, etc. Thoroughly cleans area, supplies and equipment when project is completed. May assist with special maintenance projects as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Field-of-Expertise:

Painting Preferred Experience:

More than 6 years

Preferred Field-of-Expertise:

Knowledgeable with regards to types of paint, accessories and equipment and related application methods

SKILLS:

Must be able to complete painting projects in a neat and timely fashion, Ability to take initiative and problem solve Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs Attention to detail Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required Ability to follow directions and work well with others required.
