Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Residential and Commercial Painter to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be responsible for transforming interior and exterior surfaces through expert painting techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client specifications. Your expertise will contribute to renovation projects, new construction, and restoration efforts across residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools. Execute various construction painting tasks including drywall finishing, stucco application, masonry coating, and industrial painting. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while ensuring all safety protocols are followed on-site. Qualifications Proven experience in residential and commercial painting projects with a strong portfolio of completed work. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and specialized equipment such as airless sprayers. Familiarity with various surface preparation techniques including caulking, plastering, stucco application, masonry finishing, and concrete work. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise application. Strong understanding of color theory for selecting appropriate paints and finishes tailored to client preferences.
