Job Description

This is a 1716 union position. The hours of this position are 40 a week.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
The examination will consist of an evaluation of training and experience as indicated on the application. All parts of the examination, including ratings and tests will be related to the requirements and duties of the position. The examination is designed to measure:Knowledge of:
Modern methods, tools and techniques of the painting trade. Methods of preparing a variety of surfaces for paint. Occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trade.Ability to:
Perform arduous work at heights. Properly use and care for the hand and power tools of the trade.Perform routine maintenance tasks in the other building trades.
