Must have own transportation. Start date is immediate with full time hours. Please text 860 990 7191 if you are interested. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Execute painting tasks using a variety of hand tools and power tools, including airless paint sprayers, brushes, rollers, and caulking guns. Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings with precision on walls, ceilings, trim, stucco, masonry, and other surfaces. Skills Extensive experience with residential painting projects including color theory application for aesthetic consistency. Skilled in the use of hand tools such as caulking guns, putty knives, scrapers; power tools including drills and sanders; and specialized equipment like airless sprayers. Expertise in commercial and industrial painting techniques with an understanding of surface preparation for various substrates such as stucco or concrete.
