The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in residential, commercial, and industrial painting projects, demonstrating proficiency with various hand tools, power tools, and painting techniques. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, airless paint sprayers, or other equipment to achieve smooth finishes Perform renovation tasks including drywall installation, trim carpentry, stucco application, and fixture installation as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, construction painting, or industrial painting projects. Familiarity with various surface preparation techniques including plastering, caulking, masonry, stucco application, and concrete finishing. Skilled in the use of hand tools such as putty knives, scrapers, brushes; as well as power tools including sanders and spray equipment. Experience with remodeling projects or restoration work is highly desirable.
