Overview To ensure a safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment. Responsabilitites Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basis. Keep the hotel decoration in good condition. Clean all work areas after completing the job. Fill out the Daily Work form. Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies. Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.

Physical Requirements:

100% of mobility required in all areas of hotel property and ground Some continuous standing required Stairs - up to approximately 90 steps

Working Environment:

All areas of the resort (indoors and outdoors). Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions. Exposure to various hazardous chemicals. Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.

Tools & Equipment:
