We're looking for a skilled painter/texture technician who can handle everything from smooth interior finishes to full exterior repaints, drywall repair, and light remodeling prep. What You'll Do Perform interior and exterior painting using brush, roll, and spray methods Apply drywall texture finishes (orange peel, knockdown, skip trowel, etc.) Patch, sand, and prep drywall and surfaces for paint Handle caulking, priming, and masking with precision and efficiency Mix and match paints for consistent color and coverage Maintain a clean, organized workspace and respect clients' homes Collaborate with other team members to complete jobs on schedule and up to Superior standards Communicate professionally with clients and crew leaders Basic Qualifications 2+ years of professional painting experience (residential or commercial) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and work ethic Knowledge of paint products (Sherwin-Williams preferred) Ability to work independently or as part of a small crew Must show up on time and take pride in your work Preferred Skills Texture application (orange peel, knockdown, etc.) Light drywall repair and patching Pressure washing and surface prep Trim and detail painting experience Ability to operate sprayers (Graco, Titan, etc.) Why Work With Superior Renovations & Painting We're not just another painting company — we build trust through craftsmanship.
